  • It is recommended that all players make tee times in advance of play. If tee times are not reserved, the availability of play cannot be guaranteed.
  • Tee times shall be taken only seven (7) days in advance for members and 5 days in advance for the general public. Groups requesting tee times for twenty (20) or more players shall contact the Pro Shop 30 days in advance to reserve a block of tee times.
  • No one shall play on the McKenzie Meadows Golf Course unless they have registered at the Pro Shop first.
  • All play at McKenzie Meadows Golf Course will start on the first hole. There will be no starting in the middle of the course or on #10, unless specifically booked and registered to do so.
  • All players must have their own set of golf clubs and bag. Rental equipment is available at the Pro Shop.
  • McKenzie Meadows Golf Course enforces a dress code for all golfers on the course.
    • Gentleman: Proper golf apparel: No denim, track pants, or beachwear. Shorts must be tailored, shirts require a collar, mock neck or turtle neck.
    • Ladies: Proper golf apparel: No denim, track pants, or beachwear. Shorts must be tailored with a min. 6 inch inseem; no short shorts. No t-shirts, tube tops or tank tops.
  • McKenzie Meadows Golf Course only allows paying customers on the golf course. There will be no walkers or riders allowed to accompany golfers while they play.
  • All players must be 12 years of age to play alone. Players from 5 to 11 years of age shall be accompanied by an adult. All children under the age of 5 shall be accompanied by an adult and must have the approval from the Pro Shop prior to play.
  • All players must be able to maintain pace of play for that day. You must keep up to the group in front. The Marshall will inform any group that they are falling behind the pace.
  • Pace of play for 18 holes, in the first 90-120 minutes of tee times, is expected to be under 3 hours 55 minutes.
  • There shall be no outside alcoholic beverages allowed on the course at any time as per the Alberta Liquor Laws. Anyone violating this rule will have their beverages confiscated and may be asked to leave the premises.
  • All golf carts that are rented shall be driven and operated by an individual that has a valid driver’s license over the age of 18. The renter’s credit card shall be presented at the Pro Shop at the time of rental and be retained by Pro Shop until return of cart in satisfactory condition. Cart damage repair costs shall be the sole responsibility of the renter.
  • All golf carts, pull carts, and golf bags shall stay off of tee boxes and at least thirty (30) feet away from greens.
  • There shall be a maximum of two (2) people in any one golf cart.
  • The use of range balls for play is prohibited on the golf course.
  • Please respect the golf course conditions and take the time to rake sand traps when you play out of them, repair your ball marks and replace your divots.
  • Please use appropriate golf etiquette and respect the golf course property and the private property that surrounds the golf course.
  • Rainchecks that are issued are for the current season ONLY. Only exceptions will be if the rain check is issued after September 1st, then the rain check will be valid into the next golf season ONLY. No exceptions.
